DAY 3 - It gets BUSIER & BETTER

Today went by quickly for most of us. Perhaps the humidity wasn't as harsh as the day before (what a relief!). Started out slow due to a delay on the dilation area. However, the team's spirit continues to soar to new heights as we deliberate our strategy for the day. Unlike day 2, traffic wasn't as smooth. Each station was backed up from registration all the way to dispensing and the team persistently kept up with the pace. I believe this attributed to new team members being assigned to different areas. This was also the case with the local team. All in all, it was another FABULOUS day at Chiang Mai!

We saw 1890 patients, 272 referrals & 21 ciabellas.... Totaling 3611 for the week!!!

Featured story: 

Dr. Nadita dispensed a pair of eyewear that she brought to the clinic herself for a recipient that matched the Rx. She was beyond ecstatic when Dori (Leader of IMS station) told her that she found a match for her glasses. Another similar & HEARTFELT story came from our Director Steve whose mother's eyewear made a difference in another recipient's eye sight. These are one of the many stories that brings unspeakable JOY to many of us here & it is our hope that it resonates with our supporters & viewers! Thank You.....
