It’s day two and by now we have ironed out the kinks in our clinic process and get to bond with our teammates and volunteers in between serving patient groups. Fortunately, most of the TriStar employees have healthy eyes. This makes our sunglass dispensing area very popular. We examined over 800 workers today and provided either prescription eyewear or sunglasses to all. Each clinic team member was also given the opportunity to learn a different station within the clinic. By the end of the two weeks, each core member will learn registration, visual acuities, auto-refraction, and dispensing. It is great to see team members from Luxottica Wholesale, OPSM, Sears Optical, Pearle Vision, Lenscrafters, Sunglass Hut, LOM, Oakley and more come together with OneSight to make this happen!
