Day Eight

By kvernon

Okay, no more free days…we are back to working hard at the clinic! Today we saw 227 children and made 155 pair of eyeglasses. That brings our total to 850 children examined and 678 pair of eyeglasses made. We have been very busy! Tomorrow is supposed to be our biggest day with a predicted 304 children.

We enjoyed a couple of hours of down time before we went to dinner at Harry Buffalo. Some of us got a little concerned about the severe weather that the news stated we were going to get. There were some tornado watches for Cuyahoga county….scary! It only rained and we survived.

Well, that’s about it for today….more tomorrow!
