Day Ten

By kvernon

Patty, Pam, Sonya, and Nina started our day with a rapping cheer. Patty was dressed as the headless horseman, Pam was Buzz Lightyear, Sonya was the Rastafarian, and Nina was a pumpkin.

Today we saw 162 children and made 120 pair of eyeglasses.

Katie was our superstar today. A film crew from the CSC came to the clinic to interview Katie about her experience receiving eyeglasses from OneSight when she was a young child and her work with OneSight now.

After clinic, we went to the restaurant called Fat Fish Blues. They had a live band playing blues music and they were pretty awesome. Everyone recommends this restaurant.

I came up from Columbus for 2 days and had some a wonderful time. These Lux associates work so hard and have the biggest hearts. It is amazing what we can do when we work together!
