As OneSight, we exist to provide free vision care and eyewear to those in need around the world and in our own backyards. However, we do not select our patients. Instead, we rely on local charitable partners to pre-screen all patients based on visual and financial need.

Are you part of an organization that is interested in becomming a OneSight partner to refer patients? We welcome agencies that have an established screening system in place to determine if their clients have a visual and financial need. OneSight will assist those who do not have access to eye care and eyewear through insurance or other government assistance programs. 

OneSight encourages your organization to partner with the LensCrafters, Pearle Vision, Sears Optical or Target Optical location nearest to you to build the relationship between your program and OneSight. Once you've connected with a retail store, please complete the following survey to get your partnership with OneSight established.
