Each month we are pleased to highlight a donor that has taken their support of OneSight to new heights. This month’s featured partnership is long-time supporter Consolidated Graphics, Inc.

It’s the first day of a Regional OneSight Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio and employees from Consolidated Graphics, Inc. are busily registering children, setting up exam stations and unpacking hundreds of frames.

This day is more than the culmination of months and months of planning by Consolidated Graphics, this day is the realization of a dream.

Consolidated CEO Kenneth Lanci approached OneSight with the idea of bringing a full children’s Clinic to the City of Cleveland in 2007. As a long-time community supporter and education advocate, Ken was exposed to the great need for vision care in his community.

Through each step of planning, Ken passionately rallied school administration, local government officials, personal friends and colleagues to support his dream. Now in its third year, the OneSight Cleveland Clinic is one of our most successful models of integrated corporate support for a Clinic.

Ken and his wife, Linda, hosted a OneSight fundraiser at their home in 2009. In addition, Consolidated lends its support to OneSight through generous Annual Fund contributions and Par for Sight sponsorship. Consolidated employees volunteer at the Clinic annually and the company also donates the charity’s letterhead and stationery.
