Luxottica Wholesale Hosts OneSight Children’s Day

Last week, Luxottica’s Wholesale office in Port Washington, New York hosted a OneSight Children’s Day. More than 30 children between the ages of 5 and 16 spent the day learning about OneSight programs and hands-on giving. Working in small teams, the children were taught to sort, clean and recycle eyewear.

“Our office wanted to provide these young people the opportunity to give back to the community and learn about the great need for vision care around the world," said Lucien Polycarpe, Luxottica Wholesale Operations Associate. “I hope it was the first of many Children’s Days to come."
