OneSight Houston Clinic Gives Child Fresh View

During the recent Houston, TX OneSight Regional Clinic (February 7-18), volunteers provided eye care to a shy 7-year-old girl named Myrel. After her complete eye exam, volunteers realized that the strong prescription glasses (-14) she had were still the right prescription, but were damaged and caused a bruise on the bridge of her nose. Team members swiftly repaired her glasses by replacing the nose pads and adjusting the bridge fit. Myrel not only left the Clinic with repaired glasses and a smile, she also received a Canadian baseball cap from Clinic team member, Ron Herbert.
