We recognize visitors to our site may be concerned about the information they provide to us, and how we treat that information. We have established the following guidelines to explain the way in which we use information gathered from visitors to our Web site. These guidelines may by changed or updated from time to time.
What information does OneSight collect?

At our site, we do not collect personally identifiable information from individuals unless they provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly. This means we do not require you to register or provide information to us in order to view our site. OneSight only gathers personally identifiable data, such as names, addresses, zip/postal codes, e-mail addresses, credit card numbers, when voluntarily submitted by a visitor in order to request certain information or make a donation.
Other than for the reason stated above, we do not share with others, or sell or rent to others, any personal information that you provide to us through this Web site, except with your consent or as described in this Privacy Statement. We will only share personally identifiable information with third party service providers that perform services in connection with the operation of this Web Site.
Other than us or third party service providers, or as otherwise provided in this Privacy Statement, we do not share your personally identifiable information with others.
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site. We will occasionally send you information about OneSight in which you might have an interest. If you do not wish to receive communications from us, you may choose not to allow us to share your information with them. Please see the section below titled “Choice and Opt-out.”

We use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. We use session cookies to make it easier for you to navigate our site. A session ID cookie expires when you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period of time. You can remove persistent cookies by following directions provided in your Internet browser’s “help” file.
Choice and Opt-out
We provide you the opportunity to ‘opt-out’ of having your personally identifiable information used for certain purposes, or if you no longer wish to receive our OneSight communications, you can indicate your preference on our email communications by simply checking the box provided to unsubscribe.
You will be notified when your personal information is collected by any third party that is not our third party service provider, so you can make an informed choice as to whether or not to share your information with that party.
What about links to other Web Sites?
Our Web site contains links to other Web sites. Although we try to link only to Web Sites that share our concern for customer information privacy, we are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices. This Web site also includes links to eTapestry, Everyday Hero and Artez for use in processing donations and a link to a site hosted by a third party where you can purchase logo merchandise. The financial information submitted to them is used solely by those sites; only the transaction amount is forwarded to OneSight. You should review the applicable privacy statements of any other Web sites before providing personally identifiable information.
How do you update your personal information?
You may review and update the information you provide to us through this Web site by contacting us. You may also contact us to remove your personal information from our mailing list at any time. Due to mailing and production timelines, it may take up to ten business days for e-mail and up to six weeks for direct mail to make the requested change. Until then, you may still receive communications and we apologize for any inconvenience.
The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or social security number) on our donation or order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). You must provide an appropriate email address and password in order to access account information. If you wish to cancel a password, or if you become aware of any loss, theft or unauthorized use of a password, please contact our OneSight headquarters.
We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
