Burkina Faso Clinic Changes Teacher’s Life

During the OneSight Global Clinic to Burkina Faso (October 4-9), team members provided much needed vision care and eyewear to those in need. One volunteer dispensed glasses to a teacher who needed a very strong prescription (-14.25). The recipient explained to volunteers that in his 15 years of teaching, he had never seen one of his students and had never been able to teach them to read. He was quivering with excitement, and his smile is one that Clinic team members will never forget.
